    "message": "ci(wheels): publish only the package whose version the tag names\n\nBoth publish jobs gated on nothing but the ref being a tag, so every v* tag ran\nboth. The comment claimed --check-url made that safe, but it skips a file\nalready on PyPI only when the hashes match, and two runs do not build\nbyte-identical wheels. Releasing the pair in sequence failed on the second tag\nfor that reason: v0.10.0 published sas7bdat-polars 0.10.0 and sas7bdat-cli\n0.9.3 between them, then v0.9.3 rebuilt both and stopped on a hash mismatch for\nwheels already up.\n\ncheck-tag already reads both manifest versions to check the tag names one of\nthem, so it now emits them and each publish job compares the tag against its\nown. That is what scripts/release.py's docstring has described all along.\n",
